At Neyland House Beef, we believe the best beef doesn’t come from crowded feedlots or giant corporations—it comes from families who’ve worked the land for generations, raising cattle with care, patience, and respect.
We’re two families, bound by friendship, faith, and a shared belief that good food starts with good stewardship. One family has been ranching cattle for three generations on nearly 1,000 acres of Texas pasture. The other—teachers and a coach, raising cattle on their own land for over 20 years. Together, we set out on a mission:
To raise and deliver beef that we’re proud to feed our own families—beef that’s clean, natural, humanely raised, and accessible to everyday families like yours.
Our cattle are raised from the moment they’re weaned on open pastures with fresh grass underfoot, never confined to feedlots. They roam freely, grazing naturally. For the final 90 days, we carefully supplement their diet with a proprietary blend of high-quality grains—a finishing touch that creates perfect marbling and exceptional flavor without compromising health or integrity.
Every steer is processed at one of Texas’s top USDA-certified facilities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and transparency—whether you’re buying a box combo or a whole side of beef.
And what sets us apart isn’t just how we raise our cattle—it’s why we do it.
We started Neyland House Beef because we were concerned about what we were feeding our own families. We saw too much beef coming from industrial systems with questionable practices: overmedicated animals, crowded conditions, and meat stripped of its story. We wanted better—for our kids, our neighbors, and anyone who cares where their food comes from.
Today, our children help us hand-feed calves. Our boys run among the pastures, learning the same values passed down through our families: care for the land, care for the animals, care for the people we serve.
