Classic Oven-Baked BBQ Dino Ribs (Fall-Apart Tender)
Best if you want: smoky, sticky, traditional BBQ flavor
Ingredients
1-2 Neyland House Beef dino ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
Dry rub:
2 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup beef broth
BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
Pat ribs dry, rub with olive oil, then coat generously with dry rub.
Place ribs bone-side down in a roasting pan. Add beef broth to the pan.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 3½–4 hours, until fork-tender (internal temp ~200–205°F).
Optional: Brush with BBQ sauce and broil 5–8 minutes until caramelized.
Rest 20 minutes, slice, and serve.
