Classic Oven-Baked BBQ Dino Ribs (Fall-Apart Tender)

Best if you want: smoky, sticky, traditional BBQ flavor


Ingredients

  • 1-2 Neyland House Beef dino ribs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Dry rub:

    • 2 tbsp kosher salt

    • 2 tbsp black pepper

    • 2 tbsp brown sugar

    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • BBQ sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).

  2. Pat ribs dry, rub with olive oil, then coat generously with dry rub.

  3. Place ribs bone-side down in a roasting pan. Add beef broth to the pan.

  4. Cover tightly with foil.

  5. Bake 3½–4 hours, until fork-tender (internal temp ~200–205°F).

  6. Optional: Brush with BBQ sauce and broil 5–8 minutes until caramelized.

  7. Rest 20 minutes, slice, and serve.
